Micro-Dose + Sound Bath Experience
On November 12, we gathered in an intimate private home in Las Vegas for a guided Micro-Dose + Sound Bath Experience—a gentle and welcoming space designed especially for first-timers. Together, we explored ancestral medicine with intention, grounding breathwork, and immersive sound healing frequencies.
Private Group Soundbath
On November 9, 2025, Heber, Laila, and I gathered to offer a private sound healing experience for a close group of family and friends. Held poolside in an exclusive home, the journey featured crystal bowls, flutes, and percussive instruments, creating a calm, immersive atmosphere for deep relaxation and connection.
A Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Journey
A calming evening where participants were guided through hypnotherapy meditation, Reiki-infused energy work, and a soothing sound bath. This gentle experience supported stress release, grounding, and deep relaxation in a peaceful studio setting.
Echos of our Ancestors: Sound-Bath, Breathwork, Hape & Agua Fresca
On Tuesday, October 14 @7PM we gathered for a beautiful night to honor Indigenous People's Day.
We gathered beneath the night sky, guided by the heartbeat of the Earth and the whispers of our ancestors, surrounded by plants in a plant sanctuary. The sounds of crystal bowls, drums, flutes, and instruments from around the world blended into one powerful vibration. We set our intentions that each note rippled out into the world, carrying healing, remembrance, and unity. That night reminded us that sound has no borders, only connection.
Coffee & Chill Vegas with Etho Wellness Club- Chakra Energy Readings & Reiki
On October 11th at Encore Beach Club, I joined Etho Wellness Club for their Coffee & Chill event, offering Chakra Energy Readings and Reiki from 9AM–12PM. Using my original Chakra Oracle Blueprint and tuning forks, I provided personalized readings and energy balancing sessions.
It was a beautiful morning filled with connection and curiosity — and even though it was a non-paying event, I’m beyond grateful that so many people had the chance to experience my work and learn about their energy.
Yoga, Sound, Cacao & Sharing Circle
On September 29th at SPCKRFT Studios, we gathered in an intimate circle to move, breathe, and connect. With gentle yoga, ceremonial cacao, and soothing sound healing, we created space to relax, share, and simply be. It was a peaceful evening of grounding and connection.
Sound, Reiki and Cacao Ceremony for the Community EN ESPANOL
On July 14, 2025 at 6PM, we gathered in community for a beautiful night of sound, Reiki, and cacao ceremony at SPCKRFT
I had the honor of guiding the sound bath while Brenda and Arlette did Reiki, Mich joined us with her gong and nana Olga shared her cacao. I was surrounded by incredible people and couldnt be any more grateful…for the presence, the stillness, and the open hearts that filled the space.

Keep Downtown Loud! - Protect DTLV Prayer Night
At SPCKRFT, we gathered in a sacred circle for an uplifting night of mantras, chants, and guided visualizations. A beautiful altar set the tone for our shared intentions. Charlestine’s soulful singing carried us deeper into the moment, while I provided soothing soundscapes and guided us through the mantras. Briana led us gently through powerful visualizations, helping everyone connect with the heart of our mission — to protect and uplift Downtown Las Vegas.
It was a night full of healing energy, collective strength, and heartfelt community connection.

As you're gently guided through yoga, immerse in the healing tones of a live sound bath.
Afterward, we’ll gather in a heart-centered circle for journaling and cacao with thoughtful prompts and community connection.
Monthly Yoga, Sound & Sharing Circle
On June 29, we gathered for a nurturing Yoga, Sound & Sharing Circle at My Safe Place. Jordan led a gentle yoga session that opened the body and mind, followed by a healing sound journey guided by me to deepen relaxation and presence. Luz then invited everyone into a guided journaling practice, creating a safe space for reflection and sharing.
It was a beautiful evening of healing, connection, and community.

Full Sturgeon Moon; Circle, Intention Setting, Guided Meditation, Journal, Reiki + Sound Bath
Beneath the glow of the Full Sturgeon Moon and surrounded by the stillness of Mount Charleston, we gathered in sacred circle to honor release, clarity, and transformation.
The evening began with intention setting and heart-led sharing, followed by a guided meditation and journaling session to align with the energy of the moon. Alex offered Light Language to support emotional healing and energetic balance, while I provided a sound bath to help us drop deeper into our process.
Held in nature’s embrace, it was a night of restoration, remembrance, and moonlit magic.
